This is the pairing people mean when they talk about a “recovery stack”. The logic is that two repair signals working through different routes should do more together than either alone. That logic is reasonable and it is also untested — no study has examined the two administered together, so the combination rationale is inference rather than evidence.
What people use it for. This is the recovery stack — injuries, joint and tendon issues, and general repair after hard training. It is the most requested combination in the range.
What to know before you buy. Two things. First, the two components sit at very different evidence levels: BPC-157 has three decades of animal work behind it, TB-500 has almost nothing of its own. Second, if you are also considering GLOW or KLOW, be aware they both already contain BPC-157 and TB-500. Running Wolverine on top of either one just doubles the same two peptides rather than adding anything. Pick one, do not layer them.

Regulatory status — read this first
On 23 July 2026 the FDA Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee voted 8-6-1 to recommend both BPC-157 and TB-500 for the Section 503A bulk drug substances list. That vote is advisory only. As of 4 August 2026 the FDA has taken no action on it, has not opened rulemaking, and has not moved the substance to the interim Category 1 list. FDA’s own scientific reviewers had recommended against all seven peptides; the committee voted against staff on six consecutive votes, so the usual assumption that a PCAC recommendation predicts the agency’s decision is weaker here than normal. Several outlets have reported this as the FDA “clearing”, “approving” or “adding” these peptides to the bulks list. That is inaccurate. Nothing has been added and nothing is legally cleared.

What You Are Actually Buying
The two components sit at very different points on the evidence scale, and a blend sheet that averages them would be misleading. Read them separately:

Sourcing note
Because “TB-500” is a common name rather than a defined substance, the COA matters more for this blend than for most. Verify the stated sequence and molecular weight for the TB-500 component specifically, not just the total peptide content.
Stacking Consideration
Wolverine overlaps directly with the GLOW and KLOW blends, both of which also contain BPC-157 and TB-500. Running Wolverine alongside either one doubles those two components rather than adding anything new. If you are moving between them, replacing is cleaner than stacking — both for dose control and because it keeps the variable clean if you are trying to judge what is working.
The bottom line
A plausible pairing built from one component with a deep animal literature and one with almost no direct evidence at all. The July 2026 PCAC recommendation improves the odds of an eventual legal compounding pathway; it says nothing about whether the combination works.
